A Message from the Tax Assessor Please be reminded that the Millstone Township Assessor’s Office periodically inspects the exterior and interior of properties each year. The field inspector will have a Township Photo ID and attire from Millstone Township to complete these routine inspections. |

FARMLAND ASSESSMENT
Applications are mailed annually by June 30th, for qualified farms, and due by August 1st.
The Gross Sales Form must be completed showing the products sold, date and income received with receipts attached. If you are renting your land to a farmer it is still your responsibility to provide receipts.
Indicate the approximate location of crops, woodland and buildings on a sketch.
WOODLAND DATA FORM (WD-1):
This form must be filed if you have over 50% non-appurtenant woodland.
